  Have been with Raywhite Range for 3.5 years and have never had a problem with them. The service has always been prompt and friendly. Our property manager has been outstanding and has made our experience very positive. I would recommend Raywhite Range to anyone looking for a rental.

  DO NOT EVER RENT FROM RAY WHITE TOOWOOMBA RANGE! Had to break lease and gave real estate two weeks notice. Went back the night before the keys were due back at the office to finish the cleaning only to walk in and find someone else's furniture in the house! Apparently 'Tony' who runs the show up there handed over the real estates set of keys to the new tenant even though the property was managed by another agent and let the new tenant move in ILLEGALLY! Then because of said unlawful tenant being on the property Ergon was unable to access the property to get the last meter reading so my account with Ergon which had been in credit $319 just one month before now OWED $38 PLUS a $58 call out fee as they couldn't access the property! Ray White has done nothing to fix this. An appointment was set up with Tenysha the property manage to discuss a full refund but when I went down there at 9am on Saturday morning as discussed she was conveniently out of the office. Hadn't even bothered to give me a courtesy call! I am now dealing directly with the RTA about it. This agency needs to be shut down or all of their agents reeducated on how to effectively do their job! Their staff are extremely rude, do not return phone calls or emails and have the nerve to smirk at you when you've turned up for appointments that the agent couldn't be bothered to show to. I wouldn't rent from another Ray White again if they were the last agency on Earth.
